First off, I would highly recommend Michael to be your real estate agent. As a first time home buyer, you do not know what to expect and there are things that you may not quite understand. From the start we found out that Michael was both a professional, but also a caring person. We never felt pressured by Mike to buy a home that we walked into. He was very attentive in the homes and was able to give us both positive and negatives of a home. (He picked up on some things that a first time home buyer may not have noticed in a home.) As far as responsiveness, we always felt that Michael was there for us to answer any questions we had for him. This was also seen on the day we accepted the offer on the house. Michael was able to reach out to us and respond to accept the counter offer almost instantly. A real estate agent that is alert and responsive like this can be the difference in whether you get your offer accepted or not. There aren't any actual words that can accurately describe our experience with Mike selling our home and buying another home within the span of 3 months. Mike came as a strong recommendation from our amazing home inspector. He was very attentive and fielded all of our ridiculous questions with patience and understanding. He never pushed us to bid on anything, and we never felt like he was just trying to make a sale (unlike previous experiences with other realtors). He continually kept us updated on things, and was always very responsive. The care and compassion shown throughout our experience would be something you would come to expect from a family member or a close friend.
