Born and raised on Long Island, Paulina Minelli grew up in Nassau County and now resides in Suffolk County, giving her extensive knowledge of the local communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Long Island such a special place to call home.
Paulina’s background includes a degree in Business Management and Marketing, which provides her clients with a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and strategic marketing. Known for being detail-oriented, hardworking, and highly motivated, she is dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for every client throughout the buying or selling process.

Denise’s outgoing personality, honesty, and positive thinking are what make working with her to buy or sell a home such a glorious and gratifying experience. Her determination, strong work ethic, and ability to understand the seller’s and buyer’s needs are exceptional. She maintains and executes current marketing and advertising strategies that will help make each transaction a successful one.
Prior to pursuing her passion for real estate, Denise enjoyed a fulfilling career in the garment industry. She worked with design, merchandising, and sales for many years. Her experience led her to run California-based N.Y.C. showrooms. When working with buyers and sellers and understanding their everyday needs, she learned how to efficiently multitask in a daily changing environment that had to react quickly to all their demands. Her professional experiences have instilled in her the importance of being on top of the latest fashion pulse and ensuring all her clients get their individual needs customized, with attention to detail. Denise graduated from the Prestigious F.I.T. in N.Y.C. with her fashion, design, and marketing degree.
Denise is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about animals, volunteering with Island Harvest and The American Cancer Society. In response to this passion, Denise has donated to ASPCA continuously since 1990. Volunteers all year with Island Harvest and has been a successful part of many charity events with the American Cancer Society.

Paul WoldAr

Paul Woldar recently began a second career as Community Development Manager at American Cancer Society managing the Men Wear Pink NYC/LI campaign. Prior to this, Paul spent 34 years on Wall Street as a fixed income specialist selling all fixed income products. He was National Sales Manager/Managing Director at Cowan and Co., Advest, Mellon Financial and Cantor Fitzgerald among others.
Paul is president of a privately managed foundation, has served or serves on the boards of the Woodbury Jewish Center (WJC) for nine years (seven as treasurer). He managed a $2.4 million budget, stabilized the WJC and averted insolvency, while working tirelessly to identify new revenue sources, reduce costs and consolidate debt.
Paul and his wife Cindy, a mental health counselor at LIU Post, reside in Roslyn, NY, where they raised three wonderful children: Daniel, Jeffrey and Lauren. They also have been blessed with a beautiful daughter-in-law, Ariel.
