A 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on 1.63 acres at 4 Pinewood Road fetched $2.3 million in cash. It was listed by Michael Furino and Stephen DeFranco of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Eliezer Morginstin and Zev Morginstin of Topaz NY Marketing.
At 145 Bacon Road, a 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath colonial on 2.06 acres went for $2.06 million. It was listed and sold by Michelle Cohen of Compass.
