The priciest Williston Park home sold in November was a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Tudor on .11 acres at 591 Concord Ave. that sold for $990,000. It was listed and sold by Lisa Kass of Coldwell Banker American Homes. 

A 3-bedroom, 2-bath colonial on .09 acres at 192 Capitol Ave. fetched $740,000. It was listed by Patricia McCarthy of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Justin Chew of Re/Max 1st Choice. 

At 46 Yale St., a 4-bedroom, 2-bath colonial on .09 acres went for $700,000. It was listed by Michael Fink of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty and sold by Michael Furino of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
